Welcome to the Bartleby's Cafe

Since opening in 1999, Bartleby’s Coffee Café has become a “home away from home” in historic downtown Mystic, CT. Bartleby’s offers an assortment of delicious pastries, cookies and scones that are baked on the premises. For the hungry, the café also offers a selection of freshly prepared sandwiches, soups and salads.

Bartleby's Cafe offers free Wi-Fi, games, newspapers, and books are available to help you pass the time. Tuesday and Thursday evenings are chess nights where area players match their skills with each other.

Of course we pride ourselves on our gourmet freshly roasted coffees, hand packed and ground to order and our extensive selection of estate grown teas that are available for purchase.
